Tuesdays 4:30pm - 5:15pm CST
10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 11/25
$30/person for 6-week session
Seated class. Have a sturdy kitchen or dining room style chair, preferably a chair without arms so your arms can move freely. Even doing tai chi and qigong seated we gain most of the same health benefits as when we do it standing. Seated, we have the opportunity to focus more internally and build strength, focus and coordination while also expanding our lung capacity. While seated tai chi is very enjoyable, and you may find, more challenging than you expected, it may also be used as a stepping stone to a standing beginner class as well.
NO REFUNDS for missed classes.
(Each class builds on what we learned in the previous class, so, if you miss a class, I will do my best to get you caught up. I encourage you to make the commitment to attend as many classes as possible in the session.)
