I would love to speak to you about teaching at senior and assisted living facilities, nursing homes, memory care facilities, cancer centers, stroke rehabilitation centers, substance abuse rehabilitation centers, businesses that want to introduce staff to gentle exercises for stress relief and improved health. I also offer Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong workshops for your facility or business. This is a great way to introduce the class to residents or staff to see if it is a good fit.
