The practice of qigong helps to enhance your tai chi practice as you learn to cultivate energy and let it move through your body as uninhibited as possible. Tai chi, in turn, enhances your qigong practice. In addition to better balance, practicing short tai chi forms on a regular basis can help reduce stress and joint pain, increase mobility, function and immunity and bring about a general sense of well-being.

(Each class builds on what we learned in the previous class, so, if you miss a class, I will do my best to get you caught up. I encourage you to make the commitment to attend as many classes as possible in the session.)
